Senior Engineer – Research and Development – CVML
About The Position
We are looking for candidates with an educational background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science, along with hands-on experience in embedded software development, robotics perception, and computer vision. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and training machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, including skills in hyperparameter tuning. Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices and tools like MLflow is also required. Experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Databricks, is necessary.
Requirements
- Educational background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science
- Hands-on experience in embedded software development
- Hands-on experience in robotics perception
- Hands-on experience in computer vision
- Experience in developing and training machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Skills in hyperparameter tuning

Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with image labeling, curation, and visualization tools such as V7 Darwin, Voxel Fifty-One Teams, and Foxglove
- Experience managing high-volume image datasets within an end-to-end MLOps development pipeline
