Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Envrionmental, Biosystems, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a PE license, and a background in consulting.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CADD, project scheduling, and proposal development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing the design of key infrastructure components like pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.
