About The Position

As a Senior Engineer in the Completions & Wellbore Intervention Team at Baker Hughes, you will play a crucial role in executing the design and analysis of engineering projects. This position focuses on maximizing the capacity and value of wells through innovative solutions and collaboration with on-site operators and customers. You will lead analytical and design activities, ensuring adherence to business standards while connecting various technologies to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED/AAS with 7+ years of experience in Engineering/Technology.
• 3+ years of experience in Mechanical components.
• Strong skills in FEA and Electromechanical concepts.
• Understanding of the process and link between supply chain, reliability, engineering, AMO, along with drilling fundamentals and specifications.

• Executing the design and analysis of projects using engineering principles and adhering to business standards and requirements.
• Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
• Connecting the dots across technologies and developing cross-technology solutions.
