  • Support existing product development and field issues related to design, analysis, and test.
  • Create Engineering documentation such as hardware specification development, test plans, analytical reports, and test reports.
  • Perform to program plans (budgets and schedules).
  • Effectively communicate with management, suppliers, customers, and members of the technical design team.
  • Participate in design discussions and customer presentations.
  • Conduct engineering investigations to establish root cause and verify then implement corrective action.
  • Adhere and develop engineering standard work.
  • Respond to supplier or plant site issues, analyze and correct operations and field issues.
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in design, test, and manufacturing of mechanical components and systems.
  • Background with structural and thermal analysis, and 3D design software.
  • Experience with Excel (i.e., VBA, Solver, etc.).
  • Experience preparing and executing to a program plan.
