Machinify's Core Platform team is the foundation that powers our healthcare AI products. We're seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager who combines deep technical expertise in platform engineering with proven people leadership skills. You'll lead the team responsible for building and evolving our internal platform-as-a-product—the self-service APIs, tools, services, and infrastructure that enable our product teams to ship faster, safer, and more reliably. This role requires someone who has built middleware and services for multiple applications at scale, understands what makes great platform engineering, and can evangelize platform adoption across the organization. You'll manage a team of backend engineers working on critical platform capabilities including feature flagging, job processing infrastructure, event-driven architecture, observability, data query layer, application framework and developer tooling. This is a hands-on, technically deep leadership role where you'll balance strategic platform roadmap planning with day-to-day execution and team development.
