About The Position

Perform technical integration/reporting work for Workday HCM implementation. Analyze & document technical requirements. Design & implement solutions in response to Workday HCM requirements. Participate in design sessions for Workday processes & integrations. Perform configuration duties as assigned. Post go-live, perform ongoing technical support & enhancement work. Experience with developing integrations using web service SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT on the Workday platform. Experienced with delivering Workday integrations using Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect Worker Integration, Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll, Document Transformation Connector, EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio. Provide Production support activities including troubleshooting, monitoring Workday batch jobs, and coordinating vendor and business communications regarding Workday issues. Review periodic releases of Workday HCM and perform regression testing to ensure updates provided by Workday do not impact production functionality. Utilize Calculated Field functions in Advanced and Matrix Reports as well as Composite Reports. Apply detailed understanding of Business Objects, Fields, Data Sources and Related Business Objects of Workday Core HCM & Payroll. Implement Workday Configurable Security including creation of Security Groups and maintenance of Workday Domain Security Policies and Business Security Policies. Experience configuring multiple HCM modules including: Workday Organization Structure, Workday Transactions, Company, Cost Center, Jobs, Positions, Staffing Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Merit, Performance and Payroll. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related. Five (5) years in any occupation with development or engineering experience. Four (4) years of experience with integration/reporting development work in a global Workday HCM application suite must include: One full life-cycle implementation with Workday HCM with proven record of success in designing, implementing, configuring/developing and optimizing integrations for Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation or Benefits; Experience with designing & developing Workday HCM integrations within defined architectural standards, principles and guidelines; Experienced with delivering Workday integrations using Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect Worker Integration, Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll, Document Transformation Connector, EIB, RaaS, and Workday Studio; Experienced with Workday Standard Reports, Custom Reports, PRISM, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, XPATH, Inbound and Outbound EIB Integrations, Integrations using Core Connector Worker with Document Transformation, Workday Web Services, iLoads and Workday Studio Integrations; and Review periodic releases of Workday HCM and perform regression testing to ensure updates provided by Workday do not impact production functionality. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related.
  • Five (5) years in any occupation with development or engineering experience.
