We are looking for a Senior Engineer for Advanced Nanoscale Fabrication Processes who is a key technical for both hands-on process development as well driving external partners. The mission of this role is to develop and validate processes to manufacture elements of the ion traps which IonQ uses on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems. In this role, you will are the crucial interfaces between process design, layout, fabrication, packaging, architecture, and test, with particular emphasis on the collaboration with our external fab partners and coordinating the use of external clean room facilities. Your expertise will directly impact the delivery and performance of fundamental building blocks of our quantum computers.
