The End User Computing Sr. Quality Engineer leads the design, delivery, and operational excellence of SCE’s end-user technology ecosystem, including Windows and macOS laptops, desktops, iPads, iOS mobile devices, and the full Microsoft 365 application suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), along with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. The role integrates closely with endpoint management platforms (Intune for Windows, JAMF for macOS/iOS) and core identity and security tools (Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview). This position ensures EUC platforms are reliable, observable, secure, intuitive, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards. The Sr. Quality Engineer owns end-to-end service quality and performance by embedding monitoring, telemetry, automation, and Digital Experience (DEX) analytics into design, operations, and continuous improvement cycles. The role proactively identifies system and service issues, analyzes experience and performance trends, and drives corrective actions to improve stability, reduce defects, enhance usability, and elevate customer satisfaction across the enterprise.
