Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience performing the activities described above; or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISS

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems
• Migrating users and desktops to Microsoft Intune
• Packaging applications using Microsoft Intune
• Writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts
• Working directly with customer and other stakeholders to interpret requirements / feedback and report status
