About The Position

Performs a variety of technical GI/Endoscopy duties. Prepares GI/Endoscopy suite for procedures. Functions as an integral member of the GI/Endoscopy team during procedures. Responsible for providing appropriate instrumentation and supplies to the physician and for assisting in the handling of the scope. Participates in the daily activities of the department as an active lead team member. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering pre and post procedure care to assigned age-specific patient population. Requirements

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years GI or Endoscopy experience.
