As an Senior Enablement Manager, CX at , you will drive the evolution of our CX enablement programs to support a global, customer-first organization. You'll focus on upscaling our Account Management and Technical Services teams — while also partnering with key stakeholders across Professional Services, Product, and CX Ops to deliver scalable training, process adoption, and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a CX role (e.g., CSM, Support, Technical AM), plus 5-7 years of enablement experience supporting customer-facing teams.
  • Experience running or contributing to impactful enablement or training programs.
  • Strong program management skills — you can prioritize and deliver across multiple initiatives.
  • Comfortable facilitating training and leading cross-functional discussions.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like WorkRamp, Highspot, or equivalent.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve CX enablement programs across onboarding, upskilling, and process rollout.
  • Align enablement efforts with business goals by partnering with CX leadership.
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions that drive real-world skills application.
  • Standardize enablement resources for global reuse and consistency.
  • Lead reporting to measure enablement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Ops on rollout readiness, tooling, and process feedback loops.
  • Manage and improve enablement platforms including WorkRamp, Highspot, and Gong.
