The ideal candidate will bring more than 5 years of hands-on experience handling complex employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and related litigation. This role involves a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 in-office days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. The base salary benchmark is approximately $130K for a 2020 JD, alongside a compelling bonus structure and reduced billable hour requirement (1,800 hours).
