This position will manage and advise on employment-law matters, P&C policies and practices, EEOC charges, workplace investigations, employment litigation, and related matters affecting the workforce. The role will also closely partner with the Compensation & Benefits team on ERISA and other benefits-related legal issues. Primary Job Responsibilities The Senior Employment Counsel (SEC) will serve as the primary legal partner supporting the Company’s People & Culture (P&C) organization – providing practical, business-focused guidance across the full range of employment law issues. The SEC will combine deep knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and litigation strategy with sound business judgment to deliver timely, actionable legal advice.
