The US Oncology Network is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to join our team at Texas Oncology. This position is a remote position. This role will report directly to the Employee Relations Manager for Texas Oncology and support the execution of the employment relations strategy for our practice. The purpose of this role is to proactively respond to risk and issues, specifically partnering with HR and leaders across Texas Oncology. This position will support Texas Oncology’s journey to becoming the best place to work in healthcare by ensuring the employee relations strategy, structure and tools are in place to address employee issues and correct in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible for any required auditing, policy updates/communications, and keeping up with legal trends. This position is a hybrid role with some travel to the corporate offices in Dallas, TX.
