The Rioter Relations (or Employee Relations) team is a shared service within the People Team that is responsible for managing various employee relations topics including internal investigations, performance management, accommodations and similar areas of work. As a Senior Employee Relations Partner (ADA), focused on the Reasonable Accommodations Interactive Process, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Rioter Relations, you are the primary point of contact for the ADA Accommodation process at Riot responsible for independently managing the end-to-end Interactive Process to ensure compliance with relevant laws, consideration of business interests and providing the best possible experience for every Rioter..
