About The Position
The Senior Employee Relations Manager is responsible for managing and resolving complex employee relations situations and investigations, with the broader aim of fostering impactful and engaged teams at Etsy. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Employee Relations, based out of Etsy's People Strategy team. This role requires your presence in Etsy's Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy's Brooklyn Office Hub may be the first to be considered.
