About The Position
The Senior Employee Relations Investigator role at NVIDIA presents an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the development of the next era of computing. In this role, you will conduct timely, objective, and thorough investigations into employee complaints, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, and other violations of company policies. Your responsibilities will include interviewing complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations to capture facts and evidence, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered to determine the truth and resolve the issues at hand. You will document all aspects of investigations, including interviews, evidence collection, and findings, ensuring that all records are detailed, accurate, and maintained securely. Analyzing investigation findings to determine appropriate resolutions, including recommendations for disciplinary actions or policy changes, will be a key part of your role. Your expertise in employment laws and regulations will guide you in making informed decisions that promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Collaboration with legal, compliance, and HR teams will be essential to ensure that investigations align with company policies and employment laws. You will aid managers and employees in navigating workplace conflicts and fostering a positive work environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and support during conflict resolution processes. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training to managers and employees on topics related to workplace behavior, ethics, and compliance, contributing to the continuous development of a highly skilled and compliant workforce. Presenting investigation reports to senior management and other individuals as needed will require your skill in effectively communicating investigation findings and recommendations. Staying informed about federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations will ensure that investigations and company policies meet legal standards, contributing to NVIDIA's goal of maintaining a world-class standard in employee relations.
