Analyzing investigation findings to determine appropriate resolutions, including recommendations for disciplinary actions or policy changes, will be a key part of your role. Your expertise in employment laws and regulations will guide you in making informed decisions that promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Collaboration with legal, compliance, and HR teams will be essential to ensure that investigations align with company policies and employment laws.
