Summary : The Senior Employee Relations Consultant is responsible for mitigating organizational risk while supporting leaders in managing complex teammate matters. This role provides guidance and counsel to ensure fair, equitable, and consistent resolutions that balance business needs with a positive teammate experience. Areas of primary responsibility include investigations, corrective action review, coaching and counseling for people leaders, workplace accommodations and policy interpretations.
