Additionally, the role includes spearheading Team Member engagement activities, providing counsel to Team Members and management, organizing departmental climate surveys, and executing activities for the Team Member grievance process. The position also involves planning and executing Team Member relations and engagement activities, conducting training for supervisory skills, and managing budgets to support engagement initiatives.
