About The Position

In this position, you will work as part of a global development team on the embedded software of network-enabled devices. Your responsibilities will include the design, verification, specification, and qualification of data center environment and energy monitoring product firmware. You will utilize firmware development and debug tools for the development of products based on networking capabilities, and create Target and Application optimized embedded Linux distributions. Additionally, you will develop and customize Embedded Linux Kernel and drivers to support customized peripheral or on-board devices, as well as specification of user-driver APIs that include standard peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, RTC, and CAN. You will also be responsible for developing application code in embedded Linux systems, specifically code for testing driver interfaces and for enabling the use of standard software environments, and maintaining released product firmware upgrades.
