We are seeking a seasoned Senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our customer-facing messaging programs across the full lifecycle. This role will focus on trial and customer onboarding, feature and product adoption, cross-sell and upsell, and reactivation campaigns. The right candidate has proven expertise building automated, personalized, data-driven lifecycle journeys and will partner closely with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing GTM Ops, and PLG managers, to deliver measurable impact on retention, adoption, and revenue. This role also leverages Pendo as a key engagement and messaging tool.
