About The Position

The Senior Electronics Engineer will join the team behind Crestron’s lighting, shade and thermostat products. The engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end development of an exciting array of products. This role encompasses the full hardware lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture conceptualization, schematic design, simulation, PCB layout collaboration, validation, compliance support and production-ramp. This position will draw on a diverse set of skills: strong proficiency with high-voltage Power Electronics, analog techniques and familiarity with digital interfaces found on low-power embedded systems. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to arrive at robust, cost-optimized solutions for space-constrained applications. In addition to technical knowhow, the Senior Electronics Engineer brings experience designing for compliance with both safety and EMI standards. The role involves facilitating cross-functional collaboration, mentoring peers, and seeing designs through compliance testing. Success in this position requires deep expertise in analog electronics, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
