About The Position

The Senior Electronics Engineer – Digital Hardware Design leads the end‑to‑end development of advanced digital electronic systems for complex products and embedded platforms. This role oversees the full hardware lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture conceptualization, detailed schematic design, simulation, PCB layout collaboration, prototyping, validation, and transition to production. The engineer designs high‑performance digital circuitry such as microprocessors and microcontrollers, FPGAs, high‑speed interfaces, memory subsystems, communication buses, and power‑efficient board‑level architectures. Working closely with firmware, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams, this role ensures robust, scalable, and cost‑effective hardware solutions. In addition to technical execution, the Senior Electronics Engineer provides leadership across projects, mentors junior engineers, drives rigorous design reviews, and ensures compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., IPC, EMC/EMI). Success in this position requires deep expertise in digital electronics, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to deliver high‑quality designs in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
