What this job involves: As a Senior Electrician at JLL, you will serve as a technical leader and hands-on expert across a geographic territory, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems in commercial buildings. You will perform advanced electrical installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs while also coaching and developing maintenance teams to uphold JLL's exceptional standards. This dynamic role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, directly contributing to client satisfaction and operational excellence across multiple facilities. What your day-to-day will look like: Perform electrical installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial buildings and building systems including HVAC, lighting, emergency power, transfer switches, UPS, generators, and building automation systems Evaluate, train, teach, and coach Lead Engineers, Facility Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians as requested by supervisors Identify and implement operations, maintenance, and repair strategies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electrical equipment within the territory Execute JLL quality control audits and inspections throughout the territory and provide deficiency reports to supervisors Provide technical assistance, training, and support in advanced electrical maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting Perform hands-on repair and maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, card access systems, door and gate systems, and various other property maintenance tasks Assess customer needs, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customer satisfaction in accordance with service principles
