About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects valued at $25M+ , supervising 100+ field personnel . This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who can deliver complex projects safely, on time, and within budget. The Senior Electrical Superintendent will oversee all field operations, manage manpower, enforce quality and safety standards, and coordinate with project management to ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects. This is a high-visibility role with significant responsibility and impact.

Requirements

Journeyman or Master Electrical License required
10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects
Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $25M with 100+ field personnel
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and building codes
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on experience supervising large, diverse field teams
Ability to coordinate complex schedules, subcontractors, and resources

Responsibilities

Direct all field operations for $25M+ electrical projects , including commercial and mission-critical builds
Supervise 100+ electricians and support staff , including subcontractors
Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and general contractors
Review and manage installation quality, code compliance, and documentation
Lead daily field meetings, track manpower and productivity, and resolve site issues
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency across all work areas
