Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical quality assurance or related roles in the DoD industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including their design and performance requirements.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques such as ISO and AS9100 standards.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment for inspection and validation purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the product development lifecycle.
  • Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and prepare reports.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformances and product defects.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices pertaining to electrical quality assurance.
