As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and safety.

  • Lead and manage electrical projects of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project requirements and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize project profitability.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety protocols on all project sites.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a focus on quality assurance, monitoring workmanship and materials.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement risk management plans to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project records.
  • Provide regular project updates to company leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • 5+ years of electrical construction related experience
  • PMP or other relevant certifications
