We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our North American Hub Engineering team in Jefferson City, MO. In this role, you’ll lead innovative projects focused on oil-filled distribution transformers, driving value engineering and introducing cutting-edge technologies. How You’ll Make an Impact Drive customer value and profitability through Design to Value (DtV) principles. Lead development and factory introduction of new transformer technologies and features. Generate and implement cost-saving ideas that enhance customer value. Develop tools and concepts to reduce design and assembly time, improve quality, and optimize material use. Build detailed business cases and secure cross-functional approvals. Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to execute projects. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into product development. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • 3+ years designing oil-filled distribution transformers.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects that meet business goals.
  • Experience with SQL queries and large dataset analysis.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D drawing systems.
