The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot of embedded electronics hardware and firmware for engineering projects in our new product development organization. This role requires effective communication across the organization regarding project progress, barrier removal, and escalation of business risks or opportunities. The engineer will demonstrate a culture of high performance and agility by creating Work Breakdown Structures for projects and driving them to critical milestones. The position also involves mentoring junior engineers and managing a small team, researching new electronic technologies, and integrating machine learning algorithms into embedded systems.
