  • Lead engineers on a variety of electrical projects.
  • Conduct electrical system analysis including load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies as well as engineering of microgrid (distributed generation).
  • Perform studies and system modeling for battery storage energy systems and photovoltaic electrical systems.
  • Design electrical systems in accordance with the NEC, including providing power to medium and low voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems.
  • Work on campus distribution and building low voltage systems, and potentially European voltage systems and standards.
  • Serve as a technical liaison with clients on project efforts and technical efforts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Registration, or ability to obtain in 1 year.
  • 8-15 years experience in medium and low voltage electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or Easypower.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project and industry needs.
  • Experience with Industrial, distributed generation, federal experience; Department of Defense (military).
  • AGI or Visual Lighting, and AutoCAD/Revit.
