From our southern NH campus of facilities, Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions is seeking a talented, motivated Senior Electrical Engineer who wants to join a great organization where our employees are highly valued. The selected candidate will apply their skills in design in order to develop and support our “Design it Right” initiative for a variety of complex defense products and technologies. The selected candidate will have the opportunity, to acquire product knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs.
  • Conduct technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate and evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and prototype hardware in a laboratory environment.
  • Create design documentation and verification test procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Solid fundamentals of digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics and interface/communication standards
  • Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools
  • Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with printed board assembly (PBA, PCB) design tools
  • Experience with FPGA hardware designs
  • Fundamentals of radar systems and RF measurements
  • Local Power Supply Design
  • Knowledge of memory interfaces such as DDR, QSPI
  • Knowledge of data transfer protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, JESD 204, I2C, JTAG
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing and test methodologies
  • Experience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environments
  • Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
  • Familiarity with AS9145 compliant processes
  • Control account management experience
  • Active DOD security clearance
