About The Position
The Senior Electrical Engineer R&D is a highly technical leadership role within CooperSurgical’s R&D Product Engineering group. The position focuses on the design and development of advanced electrical and electronic systems supporting product upgrades, line extensions, and sustaining initiatives. The scope includes complex electro-mechanical connected systems and devices used in In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). Additionally, the role offers opportunities to contribute to surgical devices and instruments across the broader women’s health domain, including Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN). CooperSurgical’s integrated approach—combining Front-End Innovation, New Product Development, and Product Engineering—creates a dynamic environment for R&D engineers. This role provides the unique opportunity to engage in end-to-end product development, from user-centric concept generation through rigorous engineering and testing, culminating in successful market launch and ongoing product support.
