Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Registration, or ability to obtain in 1 year
  • 8-15 Years experience in medium and low voltage electrical systems
  • Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, or Easypower
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project and industry needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Industrial, distributed generation, federal experience; Department of Defense (military)
  • AGI or Visual Lighting, and AutoCAD/Revit

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineers on a variety of electrical project.
  • Electrical System Analysis including Load Flow, short circuit, arc flash studies as well as engineering of microgrid (distributed generation).
  • Studies and System Modeling for battery storage energy systems, and photovoltaic electrical systems.
  • Electrical design for in accordance with the NEC, including providing power to medium and low voltage distribution systems, mechanical building systems, and lighting systems. Work would include campus distribution and building low voltage systems, and potentially European voltage systems and standards.
  • Serve as a technical liaison with clients on project efforts and technical efforts.
