About The Position

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the design, development, and evaluation of electronic systems that support our communication products, collaborating closely with R&D, testing, manufacturing, and customer service teams to achieve product goals. You will take ownership of design work from concept through to production, applying your technical expertise to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Solid experience in electronic system design, ideally within consumer or industrial product environments.
  • Proficiency with Altium Designer and electronic manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience in embedded digital and analog circuit design, switch mode power supplies, and high-speed signal layout.
  • Knowledge of Linux embedded development tools and IDEs such as Keil.
  • Skilled in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analysers, power supplies, and related equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Take ownership of your work, stay composed under pressure, and bring a continuous improvement attitude to everything you do.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC testing and MIL-STD design requirements

Responsibilities

  • Contribute as a key member of a cross-functional engineering project team.
  • Work directly with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and provide updates.
  • Develop and review embedded system architectures and detailed circuit designs.
  • Prepare schematics, documentation, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Lead prototype evaluation, board bring-up, and testing activities.
  • Support manufacturing through test fixture design and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
