Given our continued growth, we have immediate roles available for a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Continued Engineering Support (CES) Team. The CES team is responsible for programs that are transitioning to production, programs that are in production, and sustainment programs. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills supporting the continued production and sustainment of various complex analog and digital modules, submodules, and circuit card assemblies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms. Activities day to day will vary and may include: Leading and supporting the transition to production of new products Leading the debug of complex analog and digital circuitry Driving product yield and affordability improvements Mentoring junior level engineers and technicians Assessing design updates to existing electrical subassemblies Conducting circuit analyses to assess performance impacts Working with hardware suppliers Working in partnership with a cross functional team to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter. Requirements

  • 4 years’ experience working with analog, processor and high-speed digital circuit card assemblies or equivalent experience.
  • Able to research and apply electrical engineering principles and theories to solve electrical engineering problems.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.
  • Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Active or previously held Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY PREFERRED.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing test data to assess trends and develop yield improvement plans.
  • Knowledge of a Digital transceiver and other complex circuit technology.
  • Experience in clock and reset management, specifically with embedded processors, PCIe, Ethernet, 1553, SERDES, and Fiber Optic interfaces.
  • Experience with debugging embedded systems.
