  • Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle—from concept design, procurement, and construction to commissioning and operational support.
  • Manage and develop electrical system designs, including low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection systems.
  • Ensure all engineering deliverables are complete, high-quality, and compliant with applicable codes (NEC, IEEE, IEC) and internal standards.
  • Oversee and approve detailed electrical drawings and documentation (e.g., schematics, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable routing, and conduit schedules).
  • Review and validate vendor submittals, ensuring conformance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Support field engineering and commissioning efforts, resolving technical issues during construction, testing, and startup.
  • Drive implementation of power management and SCADA-integrated systems for site-wide load management and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drafters, providing technical coaching, training, and career development support.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, controls, process, and OT teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with plant operations.
  • Lead or support engineering standards development and ensure adherence to internal design and documentation best practices.
  • Champion electrical safety, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies across all project phases.
