Our Electron rocket has become the second most frequently launched U.S. rocket annually and has delivered more than 230 satellites to orbit, all while we work to develop Neutron, our upcoming medium-lift, reusable launch vehicle for larger constellation deployment. The Electrical Engineer II - Neutron Recovery position will be based out of Rocket Lab's headquarters in Long Beach, CA or our Facility in Middle River, MD. You would be responsible for the design and development of all Electrical equipment on Recovery assets needed to support Neutron downrange Recovery. You will interface with critical teams within the Neutron development team including Ground Systems, GNC, Software, Avionics, Mechanical Systems and Propulsion. You will be responsible for successful Neutron Recovery program designs and hardware to enable development, testing, flight, and recovery.
