About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in both leadership and technical delivery. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will oversee projects of all sizes and complexities from concept through construction while providing mentorship to junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as a technical leader, project manager, and client interface—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
• Proven success in project management and client engagement.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering with a working knowledge of related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from design through construction.
• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and career development.
• Interface directly with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring project satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.

Benefits
