Saalex is seeking a Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineering Tech, SME in Ridgecrest, CA. Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $100k-$145k (depending on experience) Work Location: Fully onsite. Essential Functions: Candidate will be required to support the Small Weapon UAS team in managing events. This support includes risk identification and management, safety, communications, mission/event planning, and organization.

Requirements

• Candidate must have experience with risk mitigation, safety, and proven organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications are required.
• Experience leading technical teams is also required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience.
• High School / GED required.
• Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance.
• Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Degree preferred but not required.
• Any relevant certifications are also desired.
