About The Position

As Senior Electrical Service Manager, you will lead electrical maintenance and service execution for mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring assets are maintained safely, reliably, and in alignment with approved engineering standards. This role owns field execution, response readiness, and technician performance—not system design. This role oversees Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines and implements strategies aligned with Oracle processes and industry standards. Oversees site selection and assessment activities across programs or regions. Leads cross-functional design and commissioning review efforts. Partners with key stakeholders to remove blockers and provides recommendations, solutions, and resources to meet operational requirements and specifications. Provides guidance to teams on the administration of contracts and reviews policy documents to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Oversees the proposal review process of maintenance plans and escalates/shares findings with senior leaders for approval. Leads the development of training programs for newer team members, ensuring they align with team goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing electrical service teams in data center or industrial environments.
  • Strong background in electrical safety, regulatory compliance, and structured RCA execution.
  • Proven ability to lead technicians and vendors in high-risk environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting judgment and disciplined incident response.
  • Clear communicator who reinforces safety culture and execution standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade execution for mission-critical power infrastructure.
  • Own safety programs and ensure strict compliance with NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical safe work practices.
  • Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and contract execution for electrical service scopes.
  • Track and report KPIs, downtime metrics, and corrective action effectiveness.
  • Coordinate closely with commissioning, operations, and engineering teams to ensure safe and effective handoffs.
