About The Position

The Sr. Electrical and Control Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for the design, development, specification, implementation, documentation, and support of electrical and control systems for mobile and stationary volumetric proportioning mixing equipment. This role owns both hardware and software aspects of machine controls, including low- and high-voltage power systems for DC and AC electrical systems, embedded and PLC-based programming control architectures, and safety-critical designs. This position serves as the technical authority for electrical and controls engineering, leading system architecture decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable standards (including ISO, ASTM, CE, NEC, and UL 508a), and providing mentorship and guidance to other engineers and cross-functional teams. The Sr. Electrical and Control Engineer will play a critical role in advancing product innovation, capability, reliability, and manufacturability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
