High Point will be PepsiCo's largest and most sustainable plant, setting a benchmark for future operations. Your Role: As a Senior EHS Manager, you will contribute to the success of the High Point Facility by ensuring regulatory compliance, accident prevention, and after-injury management. You will establish, execute, and deliver facility-specific EHS plans that support PepsiCo's overall EHS objectives. This role is ideal for leaders who are passionate about innovation and want to work with the latest technology and equipment.

  • Provide active and positive leadership to develop a safety-minded culture across the facility and drive continuous EHS improvement.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with PepsiCo's EHS policies and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PEP+ Sustainability into all aspects of the business.
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact.
  • Perform risk assessments and lead the implementation of effective control measures to reduce risk.
  • Lead the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Interface with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to address EHS concerns and minimize impact.
  • Build the capability of site resources through effective employee relations, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Lead execution of the site's EHS Annual Operation Plan and EHS Action Plans, including budget management.
  • Champion an environment of continuous improvement that meets or exceeds division expectations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive EHS work experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Advanced EHS knowledge in regulatory requirements, technical aspects, and compliance.
  • EHS management in consumer packaged goods, distribution/transportation, manufacturing, or grocery industries.
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
