This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise, including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to intermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assigned system's applications, functions, and features that end users would experience. This employee will be an analyst on the Epic Beaker team and will focus on all aspects of supporting and implementing Epic Beaker features. While this position is a remote position, analysts may be required to travel to be on-site to support implementations. It’s important to understand the job titles in this career family.
