About The Position
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. About Goodstart Australind: With 2 Nursery's, Toddlers and Kindergarten rooms we cater across the board Recent renovations support a home like environment that support Child Lead experiences Located minutes from the estuary and beautiful park spaces in coastal Australind. Rare opportunity to join established team lead by a 20 plus year experience Centre Director passionate about Early Childhood learning Diverse team with strong tenure of service - several Educators in the team reaching 5 and 10 year milestones.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
