Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

Take charge of your own room
Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices
Ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children
