As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. About Goodstart Canning Vale Batman Road: Join our 85-place, Exceeding-rated centre known for consistent high standards. Centre is well located close to shops, cafes and public transport links. Lead a well-established toddler room (1–2 years) with a maximum of 14 children. Stable team supported by long-standing leadership who are committed to coaching and development. The Director has been with the service for more than 9 years. We are a centre that prioritises inclusive practice and strong family partnerships. Permanent shift – 930am – 6pm.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current WA Working with Children Check
