This hybrid role will drive smarter, scalable merchandising decisions while optimizing the tools, platforms, and systems that power the online customer experience. You’ll own the merchandising calendar and content execution, while also identifying and implementing process improvements through automation, platform enhancements, and technical integrations. This role works cross-functionally with eCommerce product management, engineering, UX/design, and marketing to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and deliver a high-performing, seamless site experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, logical, technically savvy, and curious — someone who thinks like a product manager but has hands-on merchandising experience and a strong understanding of system behavior.
