We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking Senior eLearning Developer to join our team and help foster positive change via bespoke learning experiences. In this role, the ideal candidate will design and develop engaging, high-quality courses that empower associates with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. As a key player in the end-to-end course development process, the incumbent will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from a wide variety of corporate functions to assess business problems and expertly create modern design solutions that elevate thinking, challenge status quo, and meet the needs of our evolving workforce. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and delivering business and regulatory required training as well as crafting dynamic curricula that will equip new hired associates—especially those without insurance experience—with a strong understanding of the organization's diverse roles and functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing multimedia learning content including eLearning, blended learning, instructional videos, interactive software simulations, and microlearning solutions that incorporate modern learning technologies, methodologies and best practices.
