About The Position

As a Senior eCommerce Strategy Manager, you will lead the development of our global strategy and roadmap for eCommerce capabilities, ensuring maximum value realization while focusing on future readiness. You will collaborate closely with business and regional leadership to evolve our strategy and roadmap, ensuring we meet customer and business needs to drive satisfaction, grow order intake, and increase revenue. Your role will place you at the forefront of transformative eCommerce experiences through the development of a comprehensive global eCommerce strategy roadmap for B2B Health Systems, as part of the Digital Center of Excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in senior-level digital marketing/eCommerce roles with a track record of success in developing and executing eCommerce initiatives.
  • Expertise in core eCommerce platforms/technologies.
  • Exceptional strategic leadership ability with strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to communicate business cases, strategy, and roadmap to influence and advocate in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to understand the interplay between eCommerce strategy and the tech stack/tools that enable that strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology marketing experience is a plus.
  • MBA preferred, preferably in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Harmonize the eCommerce strategy in partnership with other channel leaders to ensure a cohesive digital customer experience.
  • Shape the creation and delivery of global eCommerce initiatives aligned with the company's strategic vision.
  • Develop the Strategy, Plan, and Roadmap for eCommerce globally to support customer, business, and regional needs.
  • Serve as a critical contact to business and regional leadership to provide direction and drive eCommerce capability maturation.
  • Develop business cases demonstrating business outcomes and influence executive support.
  • Drive and validate the roadmap of eCommerce activity across the Digital Center of Excellence.
  • Lead the 3-to-5-year strategy development for eCommerce capabilities to prioritize new market capabilities.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of customer-centric best-in-class capabilities and subject matter expertise.
  • Socialize eCommerce standards and best practices organization-wide.
  • Provide direction and oversight to IT partners for the development and evolution of eCommerce capabilities.
