  • Strategize with business stakeholders to provide web analytics solutions based on customer journey/behavior, traffic acquisition, website performance, and other KPIs.
  • Lead a team of tagging engineers to ensure quality tagging of eCommerce features for data collection and analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in web analytics products and the broader digital marketing landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for web analytics.
  • 5 years conducting highly quantitative analytics in Adobe Analytics.
  • 2 years of experience managing teams.
  • 1 year in a leadership role driving analytical solutions.
  • Technical expertise in site tags, tracking pixels, and web tracking mechanisms in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Innovative thinking and ability to develop new ideas for marketing data analysis and strategy.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience handling analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data collection best practices, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics/Statistics.
  • Certified in Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics.

  • Experience in SQL with a strong understanding of data warehouse architecture.
